A real taste of the meditteranean with delicious
sea bass.
Ingredients
2 sea bass fillets
tomato puree
6 sliced green olives
virgin olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
and sea salt
Directions
Place the fish fillets on foil in an oven dish.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Spread a layer of tomato puree over the fish,
top with the sliced green olives,
then drizzle a little olive oil over the fish.
Place in a heated oven 180c
and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Comments
Mackerel or other oily fish can be used with equally
good results in place of sea bass.
